Terms and Conditions – UK Shipments (VAT and Import Charges)

All orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, and/or additional customs handling fees.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are not collected by us at the time of sale. Instead, they are assessed and charged by the UK government and/or the shipping carrier upon arrival in the destination country.

By placing an order for delivery to the United Kingdom, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any applicable VAT, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

• These charges will be collected at the time of delivery or prior to delivery by the carrier.

Failure to pay required import charges may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned.

Poland Shipping Policy (Taxes & Import Fees)

Orders shipped to Poland may have additional charges due on delivery. These are set by Polish customs and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

What you may be charged:

• 23% VAT (based on item price + shipping)

• Customs duties (for orders over €150)

• Small carrier processing fee

Who pays:

• These fees are paid by the customer at delivery, not by us.

Important:

Spain Shipping Policy (Taxes & Import Fees)

Orders shipped to Spain may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and/or delivery handling fees charged by Spanish customs or the local courier.

These charges are not included in your order total and are not charged by us. They are determined by Spanish authorities and/or delivery services and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We do not have control over these fees.
