Terms and Conditions – International Shipments (VAT and Import Charges)

All orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), import duties, customs fees, and/or additional customs handling charges.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are not collected by Clover Coasters at the time of sale. Instead, any applicable charges are assessed and collected by the government, customs authority, and/or shipping carrier in the destination country.

By placing an order for delivery outside of the United States, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any applicable VAT, GST, duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• These charges may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority before or at the time of delivery.

• Clover Coasters is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

• The recipient is responsible for complying with all applicable import requirements and regulations in their country.

• Failure to pay required import charges may result in the shipment being delayed, returned to the sender, or abandoned.
